Refund policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@clitorosity.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will be responsible to pay all shipping charges on the item you are returning.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
For the following items (made and fulfilled through our third-party service provider, Printful) clothing, posters, prints, notebooks, if you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at shop@clitorosity.com. Unfortunately, since these products are custom-made, we cannot accept any returns on these products if you changed your mind.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
